Responsibilities:
* Lead team managers deliver weekly recruiting requirements.
* Oversee full utilization of recruiting tools and system and drives process compliance at the site level.
* Monitor weekly throughput and recruiting capacity of the site and communicate changes accordingly.
* Coordinate various strategies with the appropriate business units to manage potential issues that may affect yield rate.
* Coordinate with other business units for continuous process improvement efforts and assign projects and tasks accordingly.
* Mentor Team Managers and foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
* Develop and employ recruiting strategies that allow for quick and appropriate candidate identification.
* Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations governing the employment process.
* Understand assigned business unit’s objective and develop and manage recruiting policies to support this objective.
* Prepare legally required and special reports relevant to the employment function.
* Represent the site on Client Visits, Business review and audit.
* Attend Staffing calls and coordinate recruiting capacity with the appropriate business groups and sign off on staffing requests based upon capacity, SLA and workable timelines.
* Prepare and analyze staffing proposal to support a new or additional staffing requests and negotiate for a doable SLA based on existing recruiting process, guidelines and client and program specific requirements.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* At least 6 months of experience as a Team Manager in the related field is required for this position
* Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
* Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
* Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
* Knowledge of PC applications.
* Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers.
* Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
* Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
* Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development.
