OPEN HOUSE – SENIOR OFFICER November 9 & 10, 2009 10 am to 4pm
(National Capital Reg – Newport City, Pasay)

Responsibilities:

* Handle all incoming call inquiries, complaints and ad-hoc request from customers, this includes processing of booking, amendment and cancellation received via telephone and fax.
* Supervise and assist in training
* Handle complex tasks that are assigned by Team Leaders
* Effectively manage a customer interaction, identify needs and offer a solution.
* Follow up on the feedback, escalation with internal department and customers.
* Escalate unsolved issue to Team Leader.
* Feedback customer’s comments to Team Leader for service improvement.
* Assist and support any ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

* Must have finished at least second year college .
* Preferably 2-3 years of working experience in customer service / contact center.
* Knowledgeable in rates, ticketing and reservation rules.
* Customer service oriented candidates with good interpersonal skills.
* Flexible and diplomatic in handling customer complaints issues.
* Required to work on shifts and Public Holidays.
* Good command of English and local dialect. Cantonese and Mandarin is an added advantage
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold valid work permit / residence status.
