Responsibilities:

*  Provides the operations organization with moderate to complex financial analyses of monthly results; budgets; forecasts, measurements and reports of key operational performance metrics. Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Facilities Supervisor will be responsible in scheduling and coordinating requests from site operations for repairs, moves etc. Responsible for general cleaning and orderliness of the site. May be responsible for coordinating vending machine service and services /repairs of other equipment. May performs general maintenance work. May provide direction or assistance to in house or contract custodial support. Observes facility for potential safety or security hazards and either corrects them immediately or notifies management so corrective action can be taken in a timely manner. Responsible for the overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance of the company’s buildings, sites, grounds and facilities. Schedules and coordinates maintenance and repair of equipment and systems including HVAC, fire detection and suppression, plumbing, electrical, UPS, gensets, CCTV, building security and grounds. Supervises staff, contractors and service providers ensuring that business disruptions are minimized. Manages contracts and pricing of vendors provided services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.

Requirements:

* Candidates must have 3 years relevant experience in overall preventive, corrective, routine and emergency maintenance of the company’s buildings, sites, grounds and facilities. With at least 1 year experience in supervisory post.
* Should have a degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
* Should have excellent knowledge in managing contracts and pricing of vendors provided services such as cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.

Unix Administrator

Responsibilities:
The System Administrator has accountability for maintaining, mission critical, 24×7, systems and support, to meet the needs of Sitel business requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a maximum uptime of Servers (DC, Exchange, ISA, File Server and TrendMirco) 99.9%; managing IT Support personnel in resolution for Server related concerns.

Also includes the following:

Perform and monitor daily server backup and weekly off-site tape rotation

Perform system administration of company wide Unix servers. This includes installing and maintaining system and application software and keeping patches up-to-date; creating of Users, GPO, emails

Monitoring and supporting critical network services (e.g. DNS, DHCP and Email)

Requirements:
5 or more years experience in the field of Information Technology. Preference for individuals with at least 3 years experience supporting and maintaining enterprise level servers running in Unix environment, gained in a BPO or any 24/7, mission critical industry.

Must have hands-on experience in intallation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of Unix data hardware and software incidents.

Candidates with background in Unix scripting, preferred.

Responsibilities:

* Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, secure database web applications. Accomplish all required program coding and documentation within the defined timeline. Maintain technical documentation of applications, frameworks, and standards. May work alongside members of the support team in resolving complex application issues that may arise.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

* At least 3 years programming work experience.

* Full development life cycle experience.

* Experience in .Net, Visual Basic, ASP classic, Javascript, XML. Experience in ASP.Net is an advantage.

* Proficiency in database programming such as SQL, MySQL, and ADO.net

* MCP or relevant Microsoft certification is a plus.

* Applicants must be willing to work on a shifting schedule at Ortigas, Pasig.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
