Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Responds in a timely manner to email and chat inquiries according to internal procedures and policies.
Receive calls from U.S. customers, provide accurate information and assist in resolving customers’ concerns.
Continues to acquire knowledge about the company and product.
Assist in Service Operations and Continual Service Improvement:
Service Monitoring
Lead problem management and resolution activities
Analysis Complaints from Current Customers and Needs from New Customers
Preparation of necessary user guides and other reference documents
Training / Orientation for Our Service
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Information Technology or equivalent
At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required skills : MS office
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Experience in Internet market research and web solution is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Fast and correct typing, ability to create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors
