Sr. Web Content Producer
(National Capital Reg – Citibank Tower, Paseo de Roxas, Makati City.)

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and implement incoming web requests from content originators (SGS internal clients) ensuring their appropriateness and making improvements or alternative usability recommendations where required in order to ensure the best user experience
* Employ basic information architecture principles to structure navigation, label content effectively and organise information across web pages, including restructuring information from a pre-existing categorisation to a new information structure
* Uploading new and migrating repurposed information into the Content Management System while understanding the principles, functionality and processes involved
* Visualise and correctly structure websites on paper and in the planning stages prior to implementation.
* Use personal judgment and common sense in correctly analysing the application of a given rule across a number of similar situations, each requiring an individual solution
* Communicate persuasively with content originators to obtain their buy-in when championing best practices and requesting compliance with standards set by SGS.com
* While editing or creating webpages, scan content and correctany inconsistencies and obvious grammar or spelling mistakes, where language is known
* Work closely with otherspecialists within SGS.com such as the SEO team, Copywriters etc. to integrate all these services effectively on the SGS.com platform
* Skillfully apply any new industry best practices introduced by Management

and WCP Operations Manager

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Cognitive Psychology, HCI, Computer Science/Information Technology, Human Factors/Ergonomics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Journalism, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
* Minimum of 5 years’ relevant web experience, predominantly in B2B industries
* Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written
* Additional languages useful
* Applicants must be willing to work in Citibank Tower,Paseo de Roxas,Makati City..
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
* 2 Full-Time positions available.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

* Solid understanding of the user experience
* Proficiency in basic Information Architecture (labeling, organising information on a web page and structuring web pages, etc.)
* Competent in applying usability principles and industry best practice
* Exposure to web project environments and a basic understanding of technical areas
* Knowledge of integrating usability best practice with search engine optimization
* Exposure to HTML, Dreamweaver, CMS applications, Photoshop, graphic design principles and internet technologies

SOFT SKILLS:

* Able to use innate personal judgment and analysis skills to correctly apply a given principle across varied situations
* Ability to work with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and to clearly communicate complex ideas to a broad range of audiences having varying degrees of technical sophistication
* Ability to follow procedures, manage and prioritise tasks and produce high quality results first time
* A quicklearner, able to grasp new concepts, understand requirements and translate knowledge into practical solutions
* A strongeye for detail whilst working effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Capable of working independentlyand as part of a team
