HR Generalist / Specialist
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Leads the implementation of Human Capital Delivery systems and solutions in the areas of Employee Services, Employee Relations, Data Management Services and Health, Environment. Safety and Security.
* Must be extensively familiar with recruitment & selection, employee relations, training & development, and compensation & benefits experience.
* Management and administration of end-to-end recruitment and employee relations process.
* Acts as a Single-Point-Of-Contact of all HR related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiries.
* Ensure HR policies are reviewed, updated and relevant to support the business and the organization’s culture.
* Implements, communicates, administers and ensures compliance to HR policies.
* Provide resolution for all employee queries.
* Partner with operation in finding solutions for employee relations issues.
* Ensure 1 on 1 feedback and coaching are executed by operations with their employees.
* Ensure HR-Operations meetings are conducted quarterly and results of which will be documented as part of report which will be used as a reference to device strategic solutions for issues or concerns raised.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or Others.
* 3 Full-Time positions available.
