Responsibilities:
To work closely with Fraud PreventionTeam.  To protect the company from fraudulent credit card transactions.  Also responsible for providing front end customer contact for order release,  account management, collection and account reconcilliation.

* First point of contact in releasing or suspending accounts paid via credit card.
* First point of contact to queries  relating to the account’s payment / billing information.
* Accurate and on-time review of documents submitted by customers, against the Company’s set payment  / billing guidelines.
* Communicate and resolve identified issues to customers within the set deadline.
* Ensure fast turn around on issues-resolution with regular monitoring of open (unresolved) issues and timely follow ups.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): at least 1 year related experience [preferably gained with Credit or Collections]
