Inbound Call Center Sales Representative- Japanese Speaker (Part-time)

Responsibilities:
Purpose of this role:
• Regus SSC Consultants are based in our Asia Pacific Sales and Service Call centre and act as the first point of contact for all customers making enquiries for Regus business, products and services via phone or email.
Key responsibilities:
• Handle enquiries on Regus business, products and services via phone or email
• Proactively assist prospective clients and refer them to the field sales and customer services team for effective and efficient follow-up
Requirements:
This role is open to Japanese nationals who has relative experience on sales. Part-time/ Full-time position available.
Reporting to: Asia Pacific Sales and Service Call Centre (SSC) Team Manager
(Based in: Manila, the Philippines)
You will be fully Regus trained and ideally you will possess the following:
• Any sales working experience within a Multi National Corporate or call center environment
• Target focused on achieving set KPI’s
• Good written and verbal English skills and business – level fluency in Japanese
• Be tertiary educated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( WORD, Excel)
• Ability to work to deadlines while keeping a positive can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail

Requirements:
• 2 Years minimum Sales/Customer Service experience with inbound and or outbound calls within a Multi National Corporate / call center environment
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Target focused on achieving set KPIs
• We need candidates who are dependable, can multitask, keen on details and have strong sales and customer service focus
• Ability to work to deadlines while keeping a positive can-do attitude
• Be tertiary educated
• Proficient in Microsoft Office ( WORD, Excel)
