Position: Sales & Service Call Centre: Property Consultants

As Property Consultants, you will be based in our Asia Pacific sales and service call centre and act as the first point of contact for clientele in promptly handling enquiries on Regus business, products and services via phone or email according to Regus standards.

Key responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries on Regus business, products and services via phone or email

- Proactively assist prospective clients and refer them to appropriate parties for effective and efficient follow-up

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

- Be tertiary educated

- At least 2 years of practical customer service experience in a call centre preferably with an MNC

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines

- Fluency in both spoken and written English (knowledge in other Asian languages advantageous e.g. Japanese, Cantonese)
