Outbound Call Center Sales Supervisor
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:
• Model a positive, can-do attitude, for team members and display a knack for grace under pressure while showcasing time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Minimize faults in call handling through effective coaching and support
• Ensure team members obtain the appropriate training and support by reminding agents of their minimum job expectations and showing how expectations can be achieved
• Monitor and evaluate each team members’ performance utilizing system generated reports and performance appraisals.
• Ensure team members follow procedures, instructions, scripts and rebuttals
• Report accessibility, line quality and application problems to IT Manager and submits daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Resolve escalated customer inquiries or complaints
• Create and foster a positive, successful, and professional work environment where employees choose to work and achieve their goals
• Apply appropriate and immediate discipline to violations of work rules or sub standard performance
• Offer frequent formal and informal recognition
• Build solid productive relationships with all levels of leadership and support teams
• Promote and Facilitate effective and supportive team relationships
• Resolve operational and interdepartmental problems quickly

Requirements:
• With minimum experience of at least 1 year as Team Leader or Supervisor in an International Call Center
• With strong Team building capabilities
• Has the ability to motivate individuals towards goal achievement & act as a role model within the organization
• Has the ability to coach, develop action plans & provide effective feedback
• Has the ability to conduct training & with good communication skills in English
• Can work under pressure
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
• Full-Time positions available.
