Responsibilities:
Addresses customer concerns
Consult with customers about their product or service needs or their wants.
Adheres to standing procedures in dealing with customers
Attends training conducted to know CSR resposibilities, tools, and proper department to contact for escalations
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have at least attained 1st year level in college.
Must be able to multi-task and is detail oriented.
Must be knowledgeable in using the computer and Internet.
Must have good typing speed.
Must have excellent written and verbal English Communication Skills.
Experience in working in Travel and Hospitality environment is an advantage.

Willing to extend hours if necessary and work on shifting schedules including graveyard, holidays and weekends
