Responsibilities:
Job Description:

• Monitoring of the Vestas IT infrastructure
o Windows servers
o Unix servers
o AS/400 boxes
o Network Servers
o SQL servers
o SAP and Mapics and Various applications

• Performing various tasks such as; Checking logs, Restarting servers, Checking backups, Participate in changes, etc).
• Handle calls from IT Service Center, Troubleshooting applications, Troubleshoot servers
• Dispatch tickets to the correct 2 level group if unsolved by ITOC Maintain monitoring platform

Professional Profile:
• Fluent in English language both verbal and written.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or a combination of applicable experience and education.
• Experience with Operations monitoring and surveillance.
• Experience with Windows OS, Storage, MS SQL, SAP etc.

Personal Profile:
• Strong teamwork skills, with ability to build quick and effective work relations. Strong communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Experience from an international work environment.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.

SAP Authorization Consultant
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Responsibilities:

Your focus areas will be:

* Responsible for solving service calls from users regarding Sap Authorization errors.
* Support and develop SAP BO Components:
* o Compliant user provisioning workflows.
* o Risk analysis & remediation.
* o Super user privilege management.
* o Enterprise role management.
* o Take part in projects where SAP access is needed.
* Create and maintain SAP roles according to business requirements.
* Involved in the implementation of an Identity Management system.

Requirements

*  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* A minimum of 3+ years of working experience with:
* o SAP Authorizations.
* o SAP HR.
* o SAP GRC.
* A minimum of 3+ years of working experience of SAP Authorizations.
* A minimum of 3+ years of working experience from implementation projects.
* You are familiar with different SAP modules and platforms e.g. ERP, BI, CRM, Portal, GRC, Solution Manager, XI.

Job Responsibilities

* Monitor and operate system i servers and applications
* Give input to and manage System i server landscape
* Performance monitoring and tuning
* Document solutions, processes, procedures and standards
* Incident handling
* Problem investigation, handling and resolution
* Create and maintain user accounts and users access rights on iSeries systems and applications on this platform
* Implementing agreed security on system I servers and applications
* Support daily Operation
* Support implementations in New Sites
* Participate in 24/7 on call duty

Requirements

* Professional profile:
* High skills in English both verbal and written
* Education at bachelor level or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3 years of experience with System i/ iSeries administration
* In debt knowledge of ITIL framework
* Experience from international company

ITOC OPERATOR

* Dispatch tickets to the correct 2. level group if unsolved by ITOC
* Maintain monitoring platform
* To some extent maintain documentation
