Responsibilities:
The position is responsible for addressing and monitoring the status of customers’ inquiries that are coursed through the Customer Care Center.  This include attending to inbound calls, responding to queries via e-mail, as well as performing other outbound activities.

Requirements:

* Candidates must be graduates of any 4-year course.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Mandaluyong City.
* Applicants must be fluent in both English and Filipino.
* Applicants must be willing to be assigned in shifting schedules.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
