Sr. Voice Telecommunication Analyst

Responsibilities:
* Sr. Voice Telecommunication Analyst will be responsible for the programming and management of a new Avaya voice switch during the installation and providing support for that center going forward on a daily basis. The new system will become one of four under a Unified switch. This individual will report to the Voice Telecommunication department in North America and must work with their peers in North America to create a cohesive voice environment for the sole purpose of providing the company the resources needed to operate a successful business.
Requirements:
* CERTIFIED AVAYA SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR WITH 5 – 10 YEARS EXPERIENCE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS ON THE S8700 SYSTEMS.
* MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN CALL CENTER OPERATION, WITH IVR/CTI/SWITCH COMMUNICATION.
* HEAVY VECTOR WRITING SKILL, WORK WITH CALL CENTER MANAGEMENT IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW PRODUCTS AND SYSTEM PROCESSES.
* MUST BE ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT AND IDENTIFY REPORTED ISSUES, AND WHEN NECESSARY CONTACT THE CORRECT TELCO VENDOR, WORKING WITH THEM TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
* RESPOND TO OUTAGES, TAKING THE CORRECT MEASURE TO MOVE TRAFFIC AS DICTATED BY THE BCP.
* GOOD WRITTEN AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND MUST WORK WELL WITH PEERS AND OTHER STAFF MEMBERS.
* MUST BE ADAPTABLE TO CHANGES AS WELL AS AND HAVE THE ABILITY TO QUICKLY RESPOND TO SERVICE DISRUPTION ISSUES.
* VOIP NETWORKING AND CALL DIALER EXPERIENCE A PLUS.
