Operations Supervisor/Manager (Outbound/Inbound)
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas Center, Pasig City)
Responsibilities:
* Plans, develops, and implements strategy for operational management and development to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed budgets and timescales.
* Oversees daily operations of the Call Center and its various components, ensuring compliance with the set goals;
* Strong client relationship management; Extensive liaison with clients, account managers and campaign managers to ensure that client service levels, quality and sales targets are achieved in a timely and cost efficient manner;
* Proactively manage the operational performance of the Operations Department and foster a results focused, but, supportive environment;
* Analyzes Call Center performance trends of agreed upon Key Performance Indicators and make recommendations for improvements; Conducts analysis for maintaining service levels and team performance, volume forecasting and takes care of staff calculations and costs;
* Strategic planning and execution to enhance profitability, productivity and efficiency throughout the Company’s operations;
* Understands the factors that leads to staff turnover, how to improve retention and implement motivational programs on the floor;
* Ensure implementations and compliance of Company policies and procedures;
* Develop and direct the management of the Call Center to ensure customer satisfaction, improved call efficiency, low abandonment, improve productivity and sales and improved employee product knowledge and training
Requirements:
* Candidate must be willing to work for a small/medium-scale Call Center/BPO Company
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Marketing or equivalent
* Required skill(s): Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong leadership, planning and management skills
* Highly analytical and can work with minimum supervision
* High tolerance for rejection, frustration and stress
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field gained in a Call Center/BPO Company is required for this position
* Experience in handling both Inbound and Outbound Accounts is preferred
