Download vendor invoices for audit response, serial number research or pricing validation
Download product categorization files from manufacturer websites

Analyze price-protected inventory and submit claims for reimbursement
Prepare price-variance and price-protection margin adjustments
Special Pricing and Bids Management
Download bids and price files from manufacturer websites
Run database procedures to import bid data to the sales system
Run reports to extract special pricing rebate receivables detail and prepare reimbursement claims
Capture claim settlement data from manufacturers, record results in reconciliation spreadsheet, prepare re-submittal claims for all reimbursements that were denied.
Sales Support
Respond to queries from the sales organization on a range of questions relating to special bid pricing and inventory, for which you are the expert!
Summarize sales by division, manufacturer, product line, period, etc. in response to periodic management requests.
Perform various ad hoc research and special analysis of issues as needed.
Accounting
Prepare billing instructions and cash application instructions for special pricing receivables
Coordinate with vendor accounting team members supporting the Wareforce parent company, PC Mall, for inter-company billing and reconciliation.
Analyze aging to illustrate trends in AR derived from special pricing.
Requirements:
