Responsibilities:

  • The main scope of the Quality Assurance Lead is to review all work done by the team and ensure that the output viewed by the client is as per the quality standards agreed upon with each of the clients. These QA leads will be responsible to ensure the quality of work in the area situated.

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as QA or at least three project cycles of testing / QA with in-depth test case authoring experience.
  • With experience in leading other QA Engineers
  • Applicants must be willing to work in The Fort,Taguig City.
  • Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
  • 3 Full-Time positions available.
  • Ability to read and absorb briefs and related to the work being done, or the work that has been done
  • Ability to review work done for code imperfections/non-usable code and recommend corrections/work-arounds where required

  • Ability to review non-usable code and recommend corrections/work-arounds where requiredAbility to create test scripts based on the requirements stated in the briefs and validate and verify the applicability of the test scripts created by other QA engineers/testers.
  • Ability to mentor and teach other QA engineers / testers of testing best practices, proper test script creation, testing tools and processes.
