Recruitment Research Analyst
(Makati City)
Responsibilities:
* The Recruitment Research Analysts will implement traditional headhunting, recruitment and sourcing techniques in order to satisfy client(s) specifications.
* The successful applicant will be on the cutting edge of a fast growing industry and will eventually act as a primary point of contact between clients and the company; responsible for collecting, collating and presenting large volumes of research to clients on a daily basis. This will require an ability to absorb information quickly, note information accurately and manage a basic database.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Human Resources/Psychology or equivalent.
* Excellent English communication skills.
* Call Center experience either in Human Resources/Operations Department/Recruitment preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Excellent interview and personality assessment skills.
* Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to fit into and excel within a fast paced results based environment.
* Preferably 1-4 years experience in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant resident status.
Details:
Initial training will be on a basic daily salary. Upon completion of training successful candidates will start on a very competitive salary (Up to 20k+ Peso per Month) based on experience and including benefits. At all stages there will be the opportunity to receive further bonuses based on performance.
