Responsibilities:
For Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst

* Prepare monthly management reports
* Analyze financial results and variances
* Analyze cost variances and trends
* Prepare forecasts and budgets
* Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis
* Implementation of new planning system
* Assist in ad-hoc project
* Work closely with functional manager to track and control cost
* Coordinate with Philippine account team to ensure accurate and timely closure during month-end

For Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst For Internal Control

* Set up the audit function and assist in the management overall corporate governance
* Provide regular assurance and timely recommendation to the Management
* Identify, analyze and treat monitor corporate risks
* Customize and design audit program for effective execution
* Follow up on audit findings and timelines of corrective actions
* Assist in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:For Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst

* CPA with at least 2 years experience in Financial Analysis or Management Reporting
* Degree in Accountancy
* Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
* Effective interpersonal and communications skills
* Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
* Results oriented with attention to detail
* Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to travel on short notice

For Financial Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst For Internal Control

* CPA or CIA with at least 2 years experience in internal and/or external audit
* Experience in financial/operations audit
* Familiar with best practice in internal audit methodologies and Enterprise Risk Management
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to work independently or as part of a team
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills
* Prior experience in a Dot.com company is preferred
* Able to travel at short notice
* Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
* A mature team player with high degree of independence and good initiative
