IT Programmer
(Ortigas Center Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Implement changes within the scope of assigned responsibilities for both internal and external clients.
* Develop minor applications for internal use and provide technical support to all departments.
* Achievement of day to day administration in a professional manner

Requirements:

* Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
* Knowledge in Excel, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL, Access, VB6 and Crystal Reports
* Strong background in reporting systems & highly analytical
* Team player, organized and can work with minimum supervision
* Ability to deal professionally in all situations (vendor, customer, team, department and company)
* Knowledge of call center industry services and best practices.
* Experience in extracting and manipulating large data files
* Ability to analyze data and recognize opportunities for making recommendations for improving processes
* Knowledge in the design, implementation and/or use of reporting systems
* Call center and telecom experience preferred but not required
* Number of positions available :  3-5
