Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English,Farsi,Korean,Japanese)
(National Capital Reg – Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
Responsibilities:
1. Process inbound calls, Customer Fax and Email to the point of resolution including customer inquiries, complaints, requests for technical support, and customer account information.
2. Adapt and effectively utilize various internal computer applications.
3. Maintain strong, open communication with co-workers, supervisor and manager.
Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both:
a. Farsi and English or;
b. Japanese and English or;
c. Korean and English
* Preferably with Customer Service or Call Centre Experience.
* Ability to deliver a high level of customer service with a confident and professional manner.
* Internet Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a high level of numeracy and attention to detail.
* Able to multi-task and follow up on various requests.
* Good time management skill.
* Able to work during Graveyard Shift.
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required skill(s): Microsoft Windows.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ayala Alabang,Muntinlupa City.
