IT Technical Support
Requirements
-Four years college degree or equivalent professional experience in an IT related field
-At least 3 years of experience implementing, administering and/or troubleshooting PC and/or Macintosh OS such as 2000/XP Vista
-A minimum of 1 year of experience troubleshooting networked environments with typical network services, applications, and connectivity components (preferred)
-Microsoft certification or equivalent is a plus
-Must have experience in a customer service environment
-Tech support experience a plus
Salary: 13K to 16K basic
10K-15K premium allowance
