Quality Assurance Specialist (w/ Outbound Sales Background)

Responsibilities:
* Define quality parameters that help achieve excellence in doing Sales calls
* Review with Management and Training the set quality parameters and propose necessary changes that go with it
* Conduct calibration sessions with Operations, Training, and Management
* Regularly monitor and evaluate live calls of Sales Agents to analyze quality of performance, mark-offs, and areas for improvement
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to Management and Training to further enhance call quality
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience as an Outbound Sales Agent in a BPO/Call Center is required for this position.
