EDI Support Analyst

Requirements

-BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Business or other relevant combination of training and experience
-Familiarity with Healthcare IT solutions and Medical office environments
-Proven troubleshooting skills
-Strong experience in technical support or help desk related services
-Strong knowledge of Windows platform
-Strong network and TCP/IP knowledge
-Basic scripting skills a plus
-Mid to High level technical certifications and/or training required (Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, other)
-Able to work as a member of a team
-Strong customer service skills
-Strong problem solving skills
-Solid logic and organizational skills
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Strong inter-personal skills dealing with USA customers
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
