Responsibilities:

Meet or exceed sales objectives of assigned territory and product by promoting and selling company products and services through professional sales techniques, demo presentation, product service, and long-term customer relationship
Oversee client requirement compliance
Work with a team of Account executives
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Telesales/Telemarketing or equivalent.
Knowledgeable with payroll, human resource and accounting processes
Has relevant work experience in a software development company
Personable, aggressive and result-oriented
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Willing to do field work
Can work under minimal supervision
