Finance & Accounting Associate

Responsibilities:

* Processes journal entries, vouchers for invoice processing, account reconciliations, and month-end activities;
* Monitors all received jobs from client and ensures all these are processed, escalated, and completed based on the targets set by the process owners;
* Ensures all metrics are met on a daily basis; and
* Maintains a pro-active mindset in guaranteeing continuous improvement in a Finance and Accounting environment.

Requirements:

* Must be a BS Accountancy graduate.

Compliance Associate
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* The Compliance Associate is responsible for operational support duties of the Compliance Department.
* Assists the Compliance Officer as directed.
* Assists in originating, implementing, and maintaining the company’s compliance and ethics programs to ensure conformity and adherence with all applicable laws and regulations, local as well as applicable U.S. state and federal.
* Helps in the coordination, support and in some instances conduct of compliance audits and examinations including risk assessment and management.
* Provides assistance in training employees on the company’s compliance policies and procedures.
* Performs a variety of routine daily tasks; prepares correspondence and reports; and participates in special department projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s Degree required in business or related field preferred.
* Paralegal or law degree preferred.
* Accountant or CPA preferred.
* Actual audit work, an advantage.
* A minimum 2 years of related work experience in an insurance company / financial service company, to include demonstrated leadership. Familiarity with operational, financial, quality assurance, and human resource procedures and regulations is a must.
* Above average verbal and written English communication skills.
* MS Office platform literate.
* Applicant should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Must be willing to work on night shifts.
