Requirements:

* Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology or equivalent.
* Or at least 3 years college education and have 1 year call center experience.
* Required skill(s): Excellent Communication, Customer Service, HR Processes.
* Required language(s): English
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
* Must have professional phone manner and commitment to call center success.
* Ability to do multi tasks and adhere organizational policies and procedures.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Libis Quezon City in shifting schedule.
* 150 Full-Time positions available.
