Requirements:

* Candidate must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field or must have reached at least Second Year level in college.
* Required skill(s):
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional problem-solving and strong negotiation abilities
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Must have a strong tolerance to pressure in a highly dynamic environment
* Willing to work on a multi-shift environment
* Experience in US based consumer and commercial collections will be an advantage
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
