Accounts Officer
(National Capital Reg – Makati City, Manila, Philippines)
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure proper maintenance of customer accounts
2. Establish payment/collection arrangement with customers and follow up on status
3. Update and maintain accounting system
4. Reconciliation of statement of accounts
5. Prepare monthly reports
6. Prepare timely, reliable and accurate analysis reports
7. Ensure timely closing of accounts
8. Able to handle full set account
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required language(s): Chinese, English
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City,Manila,Philippines.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Experience in handling remittance, multi-currencies and customer service is an added advantage
* Hands on accounting software experience
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Good arithmetic skills
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
