Qualified individual will have experience in delivery of outsourced recruiting solutions, preferably in an offshore capacity. Duties include efficiently deploying resources across accounts, driving performance through metrics and working with the leadership teams to improve service delivery, ultimately resulting in improved customer satisfaction.

Plan and deliver operational requirements including financial and human resource planning, drive quality through TA services to ensure all employees have required skills to meet and exceed SLAs, using tools & techniques to ensure employees are motivated and benefit from continuous development
Requirements
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree, any field.
* Required language(s): English
* At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Must have in depth knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
* Must have hands on experience using/configuring Taleo 7.0 ATS, SAP is a plus. Knowledge of reporting tools such as Business Objects is helpful.
* Excellent communication and people management skills gained in a multi-client outsourcing environment.
