Responsibilities:
Manage/Supervise Team
Oversee day to day activities of team
Perform administrative duties including employee attendance and task prioritization
Ensure accounts have proper coverage
Develop teamwork and positive team atmosphere
Provide effective feedback to team members
Implement Supplier-On-Boarding goals and objectives
Ensure the integrity of onboarding processes
Set team targets and goals
Implement guidelines to ensure targets and team objectives are being met
Communicate team objectives, goals and accomplishments with global teams
Meet goals effectively using efficient time and project management skills
Ensure quality of Supplier-on-boarding activities
Ensure team member’s are properly trained and have required knowledge
Ensure team is properly following processes and completing tasks within given SLAs
Utilize technology and reports effectively to track team progress and activities
Work with quality team to implement effective quality monitoring and reporting
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work in high pressure environment
Previous work experience in technology
Applicants must be willing to work in Alabang Muntinlupa.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
