Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent.
* Problem solving and analytical skills critical.
* Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* General knowledge on forecasting.
* General/basic knowledge of call center operations and organization.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
