RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Flex Developer will produce and create Flex-based applications for the desktop and the internet.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in commercial web-based GUI and Flex development.
Experience in developing client-side, customer-facing, Rich Internet Applications
Solid experience in the latest XML, HTML, Javascript, CSS, Ajax and Actionscript technologies
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design patterns

Flash Developer
(Alabang)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Flash Developer creates Flash based deliverables including animation, demos and applications.

REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in developing applications using Flash 8.0/9.0 with ActionScript 2.0/3.0
Experience in Flash animation and the use of XML within Flash
Experience with object-oriented ActionScript development is beneficial
Sound knowledge of HTML/XHTML and CSS
AJAX/Flex 3.0 knowledge is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
