Mgr Operational Process Mgmt I

  • Manages a distinct team of exempt individual contributors that support a complex business segment.
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
  • Responsible for setting and monitoring annual performance plans, coaching, and career development; ensures that the proper tools are in place to support the team and the processes.
  • Meets with business leaders to understand and discuss trajectory of the business.
  • Networks with other groups to share knowledge and drive own team’s interests.
  • Develops action plans to address roadblocks or issues affecting team.

 

  • Supports a subset of business in a large country, or entire business in a small country.
  • Has some contact with executive teams across multiple regions in a specialty

Education and Experience Required

  • First-level university degree or equivalent experience; may have advanced university degree.
  • Typically 8+ years of experience in a business related function, preferably sales, finance, banking, or IT.
  • Typically 0-2 years of people management experience.

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Advanced communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation) to develop relationships across businesses. Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Strong analytical skills with respect to performance metrics; ability to know when and where to make adjustments to improve or maintain metrics.
  • Good understanding of HP’s operations outside own business.
  • Strong financial and business acumen; general industry knowledge.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, including goal-setting, conflict resolution, performance management, budget planning, problem solving, evaluation and employee engagement.

 

Operational Process Mgmt Analyst I

  • Executes processes such as configuration & quote, pricing analysis, bid support, revenue recognition, invoicing, or organizational sales reporting.
  • Compiles work and presents final deliverables.
  • Produces analyses and reports using business applications.
  • Contributes to continuous process refinement and improvement.
  • Evaluates a variety of common business issues and recommends course of action.

 

  • Works within a narrow scope directly under project manager within own country or sub-region.

Education and Experience Required

  • First level university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Typically 0-2 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation.

 

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation). Mastery in English and local language as well as other languages as required.
  • Basic knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel and Compass).
  • Ability to work as active member of a team.
  • Basic understanding of internal business processes and policies.

Service Desk Engineer (IT Support – Voice)

Responsibilities:

Nature of Business

We provide the highest level of customer satisfaction by tailoring services to meet specific Client requirements along with the use of cutting-edge technologies leading to high levels of accuracy and speed. HP Contact Center provides end User/Technical user support on:

Hardware products like desktops, servers, laptops, printers, handheld

Network problems

Standard shrink-wrap and Custom Application

End User education

Customized Management reporting and trend analysis

Technical Service Help Desk

Job Responsibilities  – current requirement is only Voice Process

Troubleshooting Hardware/Networking related queries of our global clients either through Phone or Email/Chat.

He/she must adhere to the Troubleshooting process.

He/she must escalate calls based on customers demand or on own judgment.

Documentation of the case, reporting and trend analysis

Requirements:

Work Experience:

Fresh Graduates are encourageed to apply.

0 to 24 months of experience preferred but can stretch till 36 months of experience.

Skill Sets Required:

He/she must possess:

· Bachelor’s Degree is required for this role.  Preference will be given to those who graduated with a degree in Computer/IT/Engineering related fields.

· Excellent communication skills with Neutral accent

· High confidence and energy levels

· Result oriented with high conflict resolution skills.

· Analytical temperament aligned with service orientation & Customer services

· Willingness to work in rotating schedules (e.g. early morning, mid-shift, night and graveyard shifts)

·  Sucessful applicants must be willing to work in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City or Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
