Responsibilities:
- Verifying of buyers account such as matching of payments Summary of payments in bank statement, daily collection reports.
- Preparing and Finalizing all verified accounts.
- Conducts regular calls to clients to follow up and monitor status of accounts
- Prepares collections/notification letters for past due or delinquent account
- Prepares weekly and monthly account status report
- Other duties to be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Caloocan City.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
