Responsibilities:
* Proactive customer management including the resolution of issues relating to customer concerns from one or more countries
* Develops and maintains internal and external customer relations

Requirements:

HR OFFICER

Responsibilities:
* Handle recruitment of new employees
* Attend job fairs and any kind of recruitment activities offsite
* Handle hiring, regularization and resignations clearance of all employees
* Handle payroll of all employees, including benefits and commissions
* To systemize compensation plans for temporary and regular employees. Such as vacation leave, sick leave, tardiness, absences.

Requirements:

Operations Manager

Responsibilities:
* Coordinates communication and information sharing with the relevant inter-department.
* Develops, designs solutions to operational problems.
