Customer Service Representatives
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Proactive customer management including the resolution of issues relating to customer concerns from one or more countries
* Develops and maintains internal and external customer relations
* Escalation of stock allocation and customer service concerns
* Customer inquiry resolution through identification and elimination of source problem
* Perform sales functions in the delivery of solutions to customer concerns

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
* Possess above average to excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
* Be able to do multi-tasking
* Be flexible to work on graveyard shift or shifting schedules
* Preferably knowledgeable or at least trainable in sales functions
* Knowledgeable in the use of different operating systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, etc.)
*  Highly analytical and critical way of thinking.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities:

* Handle recruitment of new employees
* Attend job fairs and any kind of recruitment activities offsite
* Handle hiring, regularization and resignations clearance of all employees
* Handle payroll of all employees, including benefits and commissions
* To systemize compensation plans for temporary and regular employees. Such as vacation leave, sick leave, tardiness, absences.
* To design and implement employees handbook for the company.
* Establish policies that will aid the employees to adhere in the rules and regulations of the Company
* Provide an avenue to air grievances leading to its early resolution
* Actively participate in employee review process

Requirements:

* Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or its equivalent
* With at least two (2) years solid experience in the following facets of Human Resources: Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Training and Development, Labor Laws and formulation of Company Policies.
* At least 2 years experience in Call Center
* Must have a strong inter-personal skills and ability to communicate with different levels of people in an organization.
* Knowledgeable of the Labor Law
* Can handle pressure and willing to work in a challenging environment.
* With excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Must be highly organized, able to handle multiple and shifting assignments and present a professional image
* Possess good problem solving skills and analytical abilities
* Able to maintain confidentiality
* Must be team oriented, dependable and flexible with high work ethic
* Able to work varied shifts and varied days off as needed
* Highly systematic, organized, responsible, and independent
* Possess excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Computer literate
* Must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City.

Help Centric – Operations Manager

Operations Manager
(National Capital Reg – Ortigas, Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Coordinates communication and information sharing with the relevant inter-department.
* Develops, designs solutions to operational problems.
* Talks, coordinates and acts as first point-of-contact with all clients for smooth implementation of the services we provide them.
* Analyzes and maintains all service level and contractual requirements.
* Responsible for making all the reports needed by each client of the company.
* Responsible for managing the Supervisor & the Team Leader of the operations team.
* Responsible for team leadership and development.
* Ensure department operates efficiently according to program and company measures and policies
* Maintain understanding of program specific training.
* Resolve escalated client/customer complaints.
* Determine appropriate staff-management levels and implement strategies to ensure the efficient operation of the department.
* Providing prompt and objective coaching and counseling and motivation to supervisors, team leaders and technical support engineers.
* Coordinate, plans, and assigns work for staff in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable client requirements.
* Analyze/Monitor performance of support staff and implement department improvements.

Requirements:

* Minimum of 3 years experience working in the call center industry as a manager or supervisor.
* Experience dealing with United States based clients
* Familiar in account management, and acquisition
* Leadership and Management skills
* Fluent in English
* Project Management skills
* Ability to make important decisions with good judgment
* Ability to acquire Technical knowledge of Client services
* Willingness to be place on a shifting schedule
* Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas,Pasig City.

Technical knowledge in the following is a plus

* Linux
* Windows Server
* HTML
* Web hosting and ISP knowledge is a HUGE plus and preferred
