Online Games Designer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Generates online game designs and the necessary game documentations that cater to the target genre, demographic and platform.
* Predicts and caters for a baffling range of outcomes for every situation, and yet keeps the games consistently entertaining and enthralling.
* Understands the profile of the target market clearly in terms of their needs, demands, abilities, emotions and reactions to certain stimulus.
* Produces development and concept designs of game specific systems that include:
1. Game play/rules
2. control schemes
3. computations
4. balancing
5. economy
6. leveling
7. features
* Generates game designs that attracts potential players, converts players to real money players, keeps existing players active and encourages churned players to reactivate.
* Develops utilities of HUD and GUI systems –Helps in development of HUD and GUI via usability and functionality principles
* Acts as moderator in bridging between the business side and technical side.
*  Collaborates with creative and programming teams to better understand the game documentation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/College Degree , Marketing, Business Management, Advertising/Media, Psychology,  Computer Science,  Game Design or equivalent is highly desirable
*  Required language(s): English, Filipino
* At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field and 3 years of which should be in online gaming.
* Demonstrates a high level of creativity and innovation in design and implementation
* Internet Savvy (knowledge of research techniques and net culture)
* Familiar with the majority of online games released in the past 5 years
* Loves playing games
* Familiar with various online tools
* Superior communication skills.
