For Immediate Hiring: Jr Technical Support Representatives
(National Capital Reg – Bonifacio Global City, Taguig)
Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be:
- providing technical support / problem resolution thru phone / email / chat
- building relationships quickly with customers and understand the dynamics of a global business environment
Requirements:
- Candidates should have 6 months to 1.5 years Call Center experience
- Preferably handling a Technical Support account with background in IT Products (specifically Hardware). Preferred but not required
- Must be technically competent (knowledge in basic troubleshooting & hardware computer parts is okay)
- Completed at least 3 years of College education
- Willing to work at night or on graveyard shift and shifting schedules
- With Good English communication and comprehension skills
- Willing to be trained and to start by November 16, 2009
- Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
- 10 Full-Time positions available
