Netsuite Finance Consultant

Responsibilities:
The Implementation will be responsible for managing implementation of finance area of our internal Netsuite system. Working with Netsuite Implementation Project team, this position will assess implementation needs for finance, follow standard protocols to assist staff with setup, configure the required modules to the specifications.
The successful candidate must have a passion for business and the technologies that run it, as well as discipline and attention to detail in order to execute a business-critical function for Fonality. Working with aggressive timelines and a full project portfolio is required.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Others or equivalent.
* 2 to 5 years experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider.
* Excellent oral and written english communication skills
* Candidates should have solid client management skills and be able to work with customers to execute on an implementation plan.
* Excellent understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to North America accounting (including General Ledger and Payables)
* Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into world class business solutions, either as a software solution or a re-engineering initiative.
* Basic understanding of common industry standard business practices as related to ERP, CRM and E-commerce.
* Experience in change management and Business Process Mapping in support and / or in conjunction with a major IT initiative.
* Previous implementation experience with enterprise applications including ACT, Great Plains, JD Edwards, Oracle, MAS 90, PeopleSoft and SAP
* Required skill(s): netsuite, crm application, people soft, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle.
* At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Accounting Manager
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day to day operations of the Business Office
• Financial Statement Preparation.
• Supervise and provide back up support for Payroll, and ensure timely & accurate payroll processing.
• Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure .
• Oversee the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Maintain internal control systems to ensure compliance.
• Manage and track assets which include fixed assets.
• Responsible for monitoring new accounting requirements and determining their impact on the company
• Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
• Oversee the daily banking requirements for all bank accounts.
• Ensure the monthly and quarterly Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Support budget and forecasting activities with the Corporate Controller.
• Collaborates with the other business office managers to support overall department goals and objectives.
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
• Responds to inquiries from the Corporate Controller, and other managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests and the like.
• Work with the Corporate Controller to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to
enhance the workflow of the department.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Support the Corporate Controller with special projects and workflow process improvements.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): payroll management, financial reporting, netsuite knowledge, Financial Accounting And Analysis.
* At least 5 to7 year(s) of progressive working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably with experience in payroll administration/management, tax preparation, and audit.
* Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial statements and projections with priority given to candidates formerly employed in higher education with net asset preparation experience.
* Strong knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Strong oral and written communication.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Finance – Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
