CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT STAFF

Requirements

-Graduate of any four- or five-year course
-Relevant 2-3 years CS experience, preferably for a multinational company
-Excellent command of both spoken and written English
-Highly competent in MS Excel, Word, Lotus Notes and any CRM system
-Solid experience in processing orders, following up customer queries and handling complaints
-Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn
-Able to work independently and under pressure
-Highly organized and detail-oriented
-Willing and able to work on shifts and holidays
