* At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* At least 1 year customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Highly motivated, organized, self-reliant, resourceful and adaptable

* Must be willing to work in shifting/night schedules and holidays.
