Graphics Artist / Designer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
The Graphic Artist will be responsible for the design, layout, and formatting of a variety of creative projects, including brochures, poster, corporate identity, packaging, and other marketing collaterals supporting client’s product development / company initiatives. S/he will provide designs including studies which will integrate typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements and perform a variety of duties involved in the design and layout of printed and graphic materials including routine and complex duties in the preparation of printing specification.

Requirements:
Fluency in Freehand, Corel Draw, Photoshop, Illustrator, Quark, In Design, Flash, Macromedia Director, and ability to do formatting in MSWord and Power Point.

Advantage but not a must – Macromedia Dreamweaver. XML, HTML, WML, CSS, DHTML,

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Art /Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Fine Arts, Marketing or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Ability to work under pressure, detail and result-oriented.

Fluent in English Communication

Applicants must be willing to work in Global City Taguig.

Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.

Game Master – Digital Media Exchange

Game Master
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
The Game Master is responsible to guide, patrol, and manage message board in the game. S/he reviews databases and tracks when and how an item or character was taken, determines legitimacy and recommends appropriate action. S/he also runs in-game events and awards prizes, bans misbehaving players, and drives player acquisition and retention through management of game events, forums, and player accounts. S/he creates and executes revenue-generating programs to promote good customer relations and healthy game community while documenting all tasks and processes regularly.

The Game Master provides customer service to players, managing communication with multiple customers at the same time. S/he maintains the knowledge-base and keep it updated daily, using this information to resolve and reply to customer emails for any trouble tickets as fast as possible. S/he adheres to training and quality standards as set by the company and our clients.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.

At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

Competent in dealing with customers with creative problem solving skills, and attention to details.

Solid background in IT concepts and research

Game Tester Facilitators
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
The Game Tester is responsible to play and evaluate game, and submit evaluations to Game Test Manager. S/he facilitates scheduled in-house or remote game test events and relays situation and status within assigned location to Game Test Manager, gathering survey responses from game test participants. S/he assists café staff and testers with troubleshooting requirements during game tests and invites game testers to assigned and selected venues for game tests.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Computer Science/Information Technology, Social Science/Sociology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Humanities/Liberal Arts or equivalent.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
