Responsibilities:

* Direct all customers to the appropriate queue.
* Provide an excellent customer experience to all customers.
* De-escalating customers and following the proper escalation process when it fails.

Requirements:

* Fresh graduates of any course/less than 10 months of experience in a call center are encouraged to apply
* Possess excellent English Communication Skills
* Possess Good Telephone Etiquette Skills
* Well versed with MS Office and navigating open applications
* Prepared to work on shifting schedules
* Applicants must be willing to work in Quezon City
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
