CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE (Fixed Night Shift, Weekends Off)
(National Capital Reg – Makati City)

Requirements:

* GRADUATE of any course
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong analytical ability
* Strong customer service orientation
* Can work under pressure
* Good listening and comprehension skills
* Willing to work on a fixed night schedule from Monday to Friday
* Position will provide exceptional customer service to US-based customers through inbound calls
* Willing to start work by January 2010
