Customer Service Representative
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:
Under general supervision and according to establish policies and procedures, perform all functions related to receiving telephone calls, taking messages and directing calls or messages to the appropriate individuals within the Firm. Perform other duties as required.

Tasks:

* Reports to and takes direction from the Office Services Manager
* Operates a multi-line telephone console in order to relay incoming, outgoing and intra-system calls
* Receive telephone calls and directs the calls to the appropriate Partners and employees.
* Record oral information from callers and then communicate the information to attorneys and staff through phone mail and message slips.

Additional Responsibilities:

* Properly handle threatening, harassing or fraudulent calls from time to time.
* Update monthly telephone directory card; arrange for proofreading, copying and distribution to all U.S. offices.
* Participate in yearly goal setting with Manager. Meet or exceeds yearly goals, seeking managerial guidance and support, if necessary, in order to do so.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma (2-year course) or Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* Pleasant voice and professional demeanor in order to deal with diverse group of attorneys, clients, vendors and staff and give a positive impression on the Firm. The ability to communicate by telephone and provide information with courtesy and tact.
* Ability to operate telephone equipment and record messages.
* Operate standard office equipment, including personal computer and copier.
* At least 1 year of working experience in the Call Center Industry.
* Must be open to work in Makati.
* Must be open to work on a graveyard or shifting schedule.
* Full-Time positions available.
