* To conduct continous training and development programs for the trainees and the Product Support personnel by formulating and facilitating training programs to enahnce product knowledge and skills.
* Reviews the list and the background of the newly hired PSR submitted by HR for training, to gauge their entry level capability.
* Conduct learning needs assessment based on their classroom behavior and performance on trainees’ assessment and post course exam to identify the learning needs of the new entrants.
