Skills
* Troubleshooting Windows 2007 (Mandatory)
* Exposure & Knowledge on Office 2010 (Mandatory)
* Knowledge/exposure on ticketing tools like Remedy, Siebel, Clarify, CA helpdesk, VNC, ControlF1, Dame Ware, Net meeting, Microsoft Share point etc
* Good communication skills and customer management experience
* Work experience having supported Global customers on Technical issues.
* Strong knowledge on operations/service delivery and ability to manage critical situations with minimum supervision
* Willing to work in 24×7 environment
* Troubleshooting skills on desktop issues
* Troubleshooting skills on VPN connectivity, dial up , wireless routers
* Knowledge on active directory, domain controllers etc
* Exposure to password reset tools
* Trouble shooting skills and experience in handling Exchange (outlook)/Lotus Notes environment.
* Minimum 2ys Call taking experience.
Qualifications
* Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Technical Lead for IT Infrastructure
(National Capital Reg – Taguig City)
Responsibilities:
1. First point of contact for technical escalation.
2. Take ownership of Major Incidents
3. Technical Training, coaching and mentoring of Team members
4. Knowledge creation and maintenance
- Ticket/ Email Audits
5. Review random tickets against the ticket quality audit parameters and provide feedback.
6. Facilitate Technical refresher workshops.
- Voice Call Auditor
7. Live barging and listening to analysts’ calls and fill in call audit sheet accordingly.
8. Provide feedback.
9. Facilitate refresher communication workshops.
Requirements:
Skills

8. Prior experience in leading an IT Help Desk project with the team size of 5 – 10 team members.
9. Familiarity of ITIL and six sigma process.
10. L2 expertise in handling exchange (Outlook)/Lotus Notes environment
11. L2 expertise in Trouble shooting and configuring Desktops & MS OS
12. Remote access , VPN, Wireless routers, Cable modem
13. L2 expertise in Windows active directory, domain administration, Microsoft exchange
14. L2 expertise in Lotus Notes/ Microsoft exchange
15. L2 expertise in Shrink wrapped products like Microsoft office, MS Project, Visio, Outlook
