QUALITY ASSURANCE
(National Capital Reg – Pasig City)

Responsibilities:

* Track and report quality audits of agents
* Track and analyze quality performance, mark-offs and areas of improvement
* Monitor calls and provide timely and effective feedback
* Facilitates calibration sessions both internal and with the client
* Provides opportunities for achieving high level of positive customer experience, and leading the process and quality efforts to achieve them

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent. Job role in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
* At least 1 year working experience in the related field is required for this position
* applicants must be willing to work on graveyard shift
* strong planning, time management and organizational skills
* 5 Full-Time positions available.
