Schedule and Forecasting Officer
(National Capital Reg)

Responsibilities:

* Provide appropriate new hire schedules which will maximize schedule efficiency & coverage while meeting service level requirements.
* Identify periodic schedule changes necessary to maintain performance expectations.
* Analyze current schedules & seek opportunities within scheduling to create new processes which will improve efficiency, coverage & employee satisfaction.
* Develop short-term volume forecasts & determine FTE requirements.
* Provide accurate volume operational forecast based on monthly, weekly, daily & half hourly intervals.
* Actively participate in daily meetings with country counterpart to review matrices from current to six weeks forward to ensure appropriate events are scheduled & each interval has correct staffing to meet service level & occupancy targets.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree.
* At least 1 year experience in workforce management particularly in forecasting & scheduling.
* Proficient in all Microsoft products to develop data capture.
* Has proven ability to produce complex reports pulling data from a multitude sources.
* Candidate should have good decision making, problem solving & human relations skills.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
* Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Full-Time position available.
