BUSINESS ANALYST (TEAM LEAD)
(National Capital Reg – Madrigal Business Park, Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa)
Responsibilities:
•Prepare fit assessment workshop materials
•Analyze requirements and document design documents
•Identify and define business process requirements
•Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing
•Resolve design issues identified during testing
•Participate in quality management reviews, in particular reviews of the design and build work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements
•Advise on priorities and strategy to the change management team
•Review, discuss, and recommend changes to process scope and process design issues
•Assist with the communication effort to the business team
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
* Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in managing/supervising technical resource staff; developers/programmers; IT specialist, SME’s and business process analyst
* Ability to analyze and design business processes
* Ability to develop application requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
* Strong interpersonal and communications skills
* Deep expertise in all aspects of financial processes
* Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
* Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
* Should be knowlegeable or proficient in the following; MS Project; SharePoint; MS Office; Windows XP, SAP; ERP
* Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Should be detail oriented; strong sense of urgency; can multi task; systematic and resourceful.
* Must be a team player; flexible and very confident.
* Should be willing to travel and open to work on night shift and holidays.
* Should be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City

IT Helpdesk Analyst
* The Helpdesk Analyst will provide frontline IT support for employees that are experiencing issues with company hardware or systems.
Requirements:
Call Center Associate
* Graduate of any four-year course.
* Above average verbal and written English communication skills

* Willing to work on graveyard shift – fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 pm to 5:30 am

•Ability to use multiple processing systems effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
•Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
•Computer literate, preferably with operating knowledge of windows NT/XP and standard MS Office/Exchange/E-mail applications; working of LAN/WAN environments.
•Ability to type 30 words per minute with accuracy.
•Mastery of basic math and analytical skills.
•Ability to work independently and with a minimum of supervision.
•Above-average problem-solving judgment and decision-making skills.
•Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
IT Helpdesk Analyst
•Provides technical support to customers, answering complex questions on function and usage of IT Services via the telephone, email and/or Internet.
• Serves as primary support liaison between the IT and end-user.
• Familiar with current IT Technology such as Windows, MS Office, Citrix
• May travel to user workstation on rare occasions.
• Conveys customer feedback to IT Department.
• Expected to develop a thorough knowledge of company’s providers.
• Operates under close supervision.
• Typically reports to the Helpdesk Lead.
• This is an entry-level job requiring less than 18 months of product support experience
